A Bit About Me
I’m a pragmatic, insight-driven UX and service design leader. My career has spanned research, strategy, and transformation, delivering impact across B2C and B2B projects. I’ve worked across finance, gaming, technology, and public sector, shaping better experiences through research and design.
Beyond work, I’m an avid gamer and have led games user research projects for SEGA, PlayStation, and Bandai Namco. I also play guitar and bouzouki and spend a lot of time training and playing with Vivi, my rescue dog from the Dogs Trust.
My approach is straightforward: I ensure research leads to tangible improvements. Whether supporting product teams, mentoring researchers, or shaping strategy, I focus on delivering real value.
